- Cow Skin (Ponytail): 200g, cleaned and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste

- Salt and seasoning cubes (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
