- 1 large cucumber – Adds refreshing crunch.

- 1 cup sweetcorn kernels – Optional sweetness and colour.
- 1 red pepper – Thinly sliced for extra crunch.

Step 1: Prepare The Steak
Remove the steak from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.
Pat it completely dry.
Season generously with salt and pepper.
Rub lightly with olive oil.

Rare – 50°C
Medium Rare – 54°C
Medium – 60°C
